NO, this is not a UFO, this is a WINE FILTER Wine is normally put through this machine twice at different degrees of tightness before going through another cartridge filter with holes of 0.65 microns. We think that this is overprocessing the wine. It is a process that strips out more than simply the suspended particles in wine.

We prefer the time honoured method of precipitation using low temperatures. Simply open the winery door during the winter and nature will do the job for you |
