France is the world’s main producer of rosé and much of this is made in the South of France. Due to the hot climate, these wines often have a high alcohol content. The aim of this new wine is to compensate a lower alcohol level by a fresh,fruity style from the Gamay grape. Who needs 13° alcohol on a hot summer’s day ?
